Joining the All Right Team

If you're considering joining the All Right team as an English tutor for kids, here's what you need:

  • A genuine love for teaching kids aged 3-12.
  • ESL teaching experience or teaching certificates, with at least a B2 level of English proficiency.
  • A suitable workspace with an internet-connected computer and webcam.
  • Availability to teach for a minimum of 15 hours per week in the UTC+3 time zone.


What to Expect

  • Interactive Classroom: Bid farewell to third-party communication tools. All lessons take place directly on the All Right website, ensuring a seamless teaching experience.

  • Cambridge YLE-Based Program: A well-structured lesson program awaits, complete with interactive tasks, songs, cartoons, comments, and tips.

Hiring Process

The application process is swift. Submit your application, participate in a 10-minute video interview, undergo a short training course, and you're ready to start teaching.


What you need to know:

All Right doesn't discriminate based on your nationality, the country you live in, or your native language. All Right hires fluent English speakers of all nationalities are welcome, provided they meet the job requirements.
If you want to take a vacation, you can. Just make sure you should notify All Right at least 14 days in advance.


Is Curriculum Included?

Yes! All Right provides a comprehensive curriculum based on Cambridge Starters, Movers, and Flyers, along with phonics, Minecraft, and singing courses.


System Requirements

Teachers should have a modern laptop or desktop computer (Mac or PC), 4GB RAM, 10Mbps upload and download speed, and a working webcam and microphone. You can check your internet speed at www.speedtest.net.


How do They Pay?

Payments are processed bi-weekly and transferred directly to your bank card.
